She has been studying and teaching Yoga and Yoga Therapy since 1994. She specializes in working one-on-one therapeutically, offering an integrative approach to healing, bodywork, and stress reduction. Her sessions and classes include neuromuscular modalities, functional alignment, diaphragmatic breathing and mindfulness-based approaches to movement and relaxation. She leads workshops, teacher trainings and private sessions in gentle restorative and therapeutic yoga, bodywork, and more vigorous and challenging Flow classes. Her style is supportive and intentional, inviting an exploration into the self through the body, breath and mind.
