Piper / Candra Prabha specializes in working one-on-one therapeutically with
beginner to advanced students, emphasizing alignment, awareness, breath directed movement, pranayama, meditation and relaxation. Her style of teaching is supportive and encouraging, inviting an exploration into Yoga through the body, breath and mind.

Private instruction is a remarkably effective and efficient paradigm for learning yoga. The idea of a "yoga class" is relatively new. Traditionally Yoga was taught one on one or in small groups and tailored to the specific needs and proficiency of each student.
