Yoga is an art, a science, and a holistic approach to well-being.
By practicing yoga, you develop a deeper sense of self-awareness, cultivate mindfulness, and enhance your capacity for self-regulation.
"This process is the practice, to constantly impart the knowledge of the Self."
(Siva Sutras, 111.28)
